SIUU Studio Docs
Everything you need to go from a blank page to a published video - faster than ever. Learn how each AI tool works and how to get the most out of your workspace.
What is SIUU Studio?
SIUU Studio is an all-in-one AI workspace built for content creators. Instead of juggling a dozen different apps to plan, write, and optimize your videos, SIUU Studio puts every tool you need in one place - all connected to your projects.
Every tool is powered by AI, which means you get real output - not templates. The AI adapts to your niche, your audience, and your content style. And your AI Coach is always available to give you specific, tailored advice based on whatever you're working on right now.
Powered by NVIDIA NIM and Groq - SIUU Studio uses some of the fastest AI inference platforms available. Responses start streaming instantly, with no waiting around.
What's inside
Quick Start
You can be generating your first video idea in under two minutes. Here's how:
Create a free account
Head to siuustudio.com/siuu-auth and sign up with your email. No credit card needed - the free plan gives you full access to all tools and the AI Coach.
Open a tool and describe your niche
Click any tool from the left sidebar - for example, Idea Generator. Type in your channel niche (e.g. "productivity for college students" or "budget fitness"), and hit Generate.
Save your output to a project
Every AI output is automatically saved to your project. This keeps your ideas, hooks, scripts, and shot plans organized and makes them available to the AI Coach.
Ask your AI Coach anything
Tap the orange chat button in the bottom-right corner at any time. Your Coach already knows what's in your active project and can give you specific advice for your exact video.
Pro tip: Start with the Idea Generator, pick your favorite idea, then run Hook Analyzer on your opening line before you ever pick up a camera. This alone will dramatically improve your retention.
Projects Studio
Projects Studio is your creative filing cabinet. Every video idea you work on gets its own project folder that stores all the AI outputs you've generated for it: the idea, the hook score, the script, the shot plan, and more.
Creating a project
In the Projects Studio tab (accessible from the left sidebar), type a name in the "New project name" field and click Create. You can also let the AI tools auto-create a project the first time you save an output - you'll see a prompt in the top bar when this happens.
Switching projects
Click any project card in the grid to make it the active project. The top bar will show the project name and all your AI tools will now save to and read from that project.
Searching projects
Use the search bar at the top of the Projects Studio grid to filter by name. The search is instant and case-insensitive. If no results match, a "No projects found" message appears. The search bar only appears when you have at least one project.
Renaming a project
Click the pencil icon on any project card to rename it. The title swaps into an editable field - type the new name and press Save (or hit Enter) to confirm, or ✕ (or Escape) to back out without changing anything. The new name saves to your account automatically, same as every other change you make to a project.
Exporting a project
Click the download icon on any project card to export all of its saved content as a file. This is useful for sharing your plan with an editor or keeping an offline backup.
Deleting a project
Click the trash icon on a project card. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted. Deleted projects are removed from cloud sync and cannot be recovered, so make sure to export first if you need a copy.
Projects sync automatically. Everything saves to your account in real time. Switch between devices and your projects will always be up to date.
Fast vs. Reasoning Mode
Every generator in SIUU Studio - Idea Generator, Hook Analyzer, Script Writer, the AI Coach, all of it - runs on one of two modes. You control which one is active from a small switcher in the top bar, and it applies globally: whichever mode is selected is the one every tool uses until you change it.
Fast mode
Optimized for speed. Responses come back almost instantly - often before you'd finish reading the prompt yourself. Reach for Fast mode when you're iterating quickly, generating a lot of variations, or just want an answer without waiting.
Reasoning mode
Optimized for depth. It takes a little longer to respond, but thinks harder through complex or nuanced requests - useful for trickier scripts, detailed shot plans, or anything where you want the most thought-out output rather than the fastest one.
Choosing a reasoning effort
When Reasoning mode is active, a second switcher appears right next to the Fast/Reasoning toggle in the top bar, letting you choose how hard the model thinks before it answers: Low, High, or Max. Low is the quickest, Max reasons the longest and hardest through your request. This switcher only shows up while Reasoning mode is selected - Fast mode doesn't use a reasoning effort setting at all. Like the mode switcher, it can't be changed while a response is generating.
Seeing the chain of thought
In Reasoning mode, the AI Coach now works through its chain of thought before it writes its actual reply. While it's thinking, you'll see a "🧠 Thinking…" bubble streaming its reasoning live, right before the real answer appears. Once the reply is done, that reasoning doesn't disappear - press "Show reasoning" under any Coach message to expand it and read exactly how it worked through your question, or "Hide reasoning" to collapse it again. Fast mode doesn't produce this - the chain of thought is a Reasoning-mode-only feature, since it comes from the deeper reasoning model itself.
How to switch
Find the two-option switcher in the top bar of the app (next to your project name). Click Fast or Reasoning to select it - the active mode is highlighted. You can switch anytime, as often as you like, including mid-project between different tools. The only restriction: you can't switch while a response is actively generating.
Neither mode changes your saved content's format. Switching modes only changes which engine generates your next output - it doesn't touch anything you've already generated or saved.
Idea Generator
The Idea Generator produces scroll-stopping video concepts tailored to your niche. It analyzes trending formats, evergreen angles, and viral patterns to give you ideas that are actually worth filming.
How to use it
Enter your channel niche (be specific - "budget home gym workouts for beginners" will give better results than just "fitness"), then click Generate. You'll get an idea with brief descriptions of the format and angle.
Getting better results
The more specific your niche description, the more targeted your ideas will be. Include your target audience if you know it. You can run it multiple times to get a fresh batch of ideas.
Hook Analyzer
The first 3 seconds of a video decide whether a viewer stays or scrolls. The Hook Analyzer scores your opening line and tells you exactly what's working and what isn't - before you ever hit record.
How to use it
Paste your planned opening line or on-screen text hook into the input field and click Analyze. You'll receive a score out of 100 along with a breakdown of why it's strong or weak, and specific suggestions to improve it.
What makes a good hook
Hooks that score highly typically do one of three things immediately: create curiosity ("You've been doing this wrong"), make a bold claim ("I doubled my views in 30 days"), or promise a specific outcome ("Watch this before you buy"). The Hook Analyzer will guide you toward whichever pattern fits your video best.
Title & Thumbnail Lab
Your title and thumbnail are the only two things a viewer sees before deciding whether to click. The Title & Thumbnail Lab generates combinations engineered for maximum click-through rate based on what's proven to work in your niche.
How to use it
Describe your video concept and the Lab will generate multiple title options with a thumbnail concept description. Each title is analyzed for CTR potential, emotional hooks, and SEO-friendliness.
Thumbnail concepts
The Lab generates descriptive thumbnail concepts - not images. These are production briefs you can hand to a designer or use as a reference when making your own. They describe the layout, text, expression, and color palette that will perform best for your specific topic.
Shot Planner
Walking into a shoot without a shot list wastes time and leads to boring footage. The Shot Planner gives you a complete scene-by-scene breakdown of everything you need to capture before you pick up a camera.
How to use it
Click Generate and the Shot Planner will produce a structured list of shots: your main talking-head moments, B-roll suggestions, close-ups to grab, pacing notes.
Script Writer
The Script Writer generates full, ready-to-film video scripts - not just outlines. Every script includes a hook, intro, structured body sections, and a call to action, all tuned to the platform and format you choose.
How to use it
Give the Script Writer your video idea, your niche, your target platform, and an optional tone (educational, entertaining, motivational, etc.). It will write a complete script you can start filming from immediately.
Editing your script
All scripts are editable directly in the app with AI Coach. Treat the AI output as a first draft - You can copy and save the script or use the AI Coach to adjust phrasing, add personal stories, and make it sound like you. The AI gives you the structure; you bring the personality.
Editing Guide
Once you've filmed, the Editing Guide gives you a custom post-production roadmap: where to cut, what music fits the mood, when to add text overlays, and how to structure the edit for maximum retention.
How to use it
Select your platform and click Generate, and the Editing Guide will produce a timestamped editing plan with specific recommendations for pacing, transitions, and engagement tactics tailored to your platform.
Caption Generator
A strong caption increases watch time, saves, and shares. The Caption Generator produces 3 distinct caption options for every video, each optimized for different goals: reach, engagement, or saves.
What you get
Each caption option comes with platform-optimized hashtags, a recommended posting time for your niche, and power-word callouts explaining why the caption is structured the way it is.
Trend Analyzer
The Trend Analyzer pulls live web data to show you what's actually trending in your niche right now - not what was trending six months ago when an AI model was last trained.
This tool uses live web search. It queries multiple sources in real time before generating your trend report. Results reflect what's happening on social platforms today.
How to use it
Enter your niche and click Analyze. The tool will search the web, identify the top 5 trending topics and formats right now, and give you specific video angles to pursue and a note on what's already oversaturated to avoid.
Content Calendar
Consistency is the single biggest factor in channel growth. The Content Calendar builds you a full 4-week posting schedule with a content idea, format suggestion, and goal for each video - so you always know what to make next.
How to use it
Tell the tool your niche and how often you can post per week. It will generate a realistic, niche-specific content plan that balances trending formats with evergreen content for long-term growth.
What is AI Coach?
The AI Coach is your personal content strategist, available 24/7 inside the app. Unlike a generic chatbot, the Coach reads your currently active project - your idea, hook score, script, shot plan - and gives advice that's specific to your exact video, not boilerplate tips you've already read a hundred times. It always knows the current date, too. And it's not limited to talk - ask it to change something, and it edits your saved project directly. Ask for several changes across different tools in one message, and it executes all of them in a single reply. The Coach is also multimodal - attach an image or a file (text, code, CSV, JSON, and more) right in the chat, and it can see and read them directly, no separate upload flow needed. It's a two-way street, too: ask it to make you a real file - a text file, a Markdown doc, a CSV, a JSON config - and it writes one you can preview and download, then edit it further on request, whether it made the file or you uploaded it. It can even run real Python code for you, sandboxed right in your browser.
How to open it
Tap the orange chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the app at any time. It's available on every screen, so you can ask a question mid-script or mid-edit without losing your place.
Expanding the chat widget
Press the expand icon in the widget's header (next to History and New) to make the chat noticeably wider - handy when a reply has a lot of detail, code, or a table in it and the default width feels cramped. Press it again to shrink it back down to the normal size.
What it knows
When you have an active project selected, the Coach automatically loads the context of everything in that project. You don't need to paste in your script or describe your idea - it already has it. Just ask your question and get an answer that actually fits your situation.
Live web search
The Coach isn't limited to what it already knows. Before it writes a reply, it silently checks whether your question needs live, current information - a trend, a real stat, "what's happening right now," a competitor check, anything time-sensitive - and if it does, it searches the web automatically. There's no button to press and no command to type; it just happens, and you'll see a brief "Searching the web…" note while it runs. If your question touches more than one thing worth looking up, the Coach doesn't search one at a time - it fires off up to four searches in parallel and folds every result into the same reply, so a single message can pull in several independent pieces of live research at once.
Slash commands
Type / at the start of the chat box to open a command palette - a quick way to trigger something directly instead of typing it out in plain English. It covers every one of the 10 main modules (Idea, Hook Analysis, Titles & Thumbnail, Shot Plan, Editing Guide, Script, Captions, Trend Analysis, Content Calendar), plus memory and search:
Module shortcuts
/idea, /hook, /thumbnail, /shots, /editguide, /script, /captions, /trends, and /calendar each drop a ready-to-finish prompt into the box for that module's edit tool - just fill in the blank and send.
/save and /remove
/save project|global <text> and /remove project|global <query> save or remove a memory instantly, with no round-trip to the Coach at all. Once you type the tier (project or global) after /remove, the palette switches to a live list of every memory saved in that tier - each one clickable - so you can just pick the one you want removed instead of typing it out.
/search
/search <query> sends a message and guarantees the Coach searches the web for it first, the same as pressing the search button described below.
Uploading images and files
The Coach is multimodal - press the paperclip icon next to the chat input to attach an image or a file directly to your message. Images are analyzed visually (a thumbnail, a screenshot, a shot from your video - anything), and text-based files (.txt, .md, .csv, .json, and common code file types) have their contents read and understood directly, no copy-pasting required. You can attach more than one file to a single message, and remove one before sending by pressing the small × on its preview chip.
Since image analysis needs a multimodal model, sending an image automatically switches that one message to Reasoning mode even if Fast mode is currently selected - you'll see a quick notice when that happens. Attached files stay part of the conversation's context for later follow-up questions in the same chat.
The Coach can make and edit real files for you
Ask for something as a file - "put these 10 hook ideas in a text file," "export this script as a .md," "make me a config.json for this" - and the Coach writes it as a real, downloadable file attached right to its reply, instead of just pasting the content into the chat. It picks a sensible file name and extension automatically.
The file shows up as a chip under the Coach's message with a file icon, its name, and a small new or edited tag. Click it to preview the contents, or press the download icon on the chip (or the Download button inside the preview) to save it straight to your device.
The Coach can also edit a file after the fact - one it created earlier in the conversation, or one you uploaded yourself. Just refer to it by name: "update hooks.txt to add three more," "fix the JSON in config.json," "tighten up outline.md." It replaces that file's full contents and the updated version shows up as a fresh attachment, same as when it was first created.
While it's working, you'll see a brief "Creating file…" or "Editing file…" indicator in place of raw output, then the finished file appears attached to the reply along with a short plain-English confirmation of what it made or changed.
The Coach can run real Python code NEW
Ask it to calculate something, simulate an idea, generate some numbers, or just say "run some Python" / "do something with code" - and the Coach writes a real Python script and actually executes it, sandboxed entirely in your browser (via Pyodide/WebAssembly). There's no server round-trip and nothing to install. This is for fun, illustrative, or calculation-based requests only - the sandbox has no access to your project data and no network access, so it's never used to read or change anything saved in your project (that's what the editing tools covered above are for).
The sandbox includes the full Python standard library (math, random, statistics, itertools, collections, json, re, datetime, and more) plus numpy for array and numerical work. No other third-party packages are available and none can be installed on the fly.
The Coach can break a bigger task into several named steps and run more than one block of code in the same reply - each one gets its own short, specific status label (like "Simulating 1,000 coin flips" or "Building the Fibonacci sequence") and its own output shown separately, in order.
What makes this different from just dumping code into the chat is that the Coach actually sees the real result before continuing its answer. Under the hood: it writes and runs a batch of code, the real output comes back, and it reacts to what genuinely happened - not a guess - as it finishes its reply. If a run errors out, the Coach sees the actual error text too, so it can explain what went wrong instead of pretending everything worked.
While code is running you'll see a live 🐍 status next to the step name (and a counter like "(2/3)" if there's more than one step). Once a reply is done, each code step appears as a collapsible panel under the message - click one to expand and see the exact code that ran alongside its real output.
Press the search icon right next to the paperclip/attachment button to turn on auto-search - a small blue dot appears on the icon while it's active, and every message you send from then on guarantees a web search first, no guessing required. Press it again to turn it off. This is the same as typing /search <query>, just as a persistent toggle instead of a one-off command.
Pasting large blocks of text
Paste a big chunk of text into the chat box - a transcript, a log, a long doc - and instead of dumping it raw into the input, it's automatically converted into a "Pasted text.txt" attachment (numbered if you paste more than one). You'll see a quick notice confirming the conversion. Changed your mind? Open it in the attachment viewer and press "Put back in textbox" to pull the text back out and edit it inline instead of sending it as a file.
Viewing an attachment
Click any attachment chip - one you just added, or one already sent earlier in the conversation - to open it in a dedicated attachment viewer. What you see adapts to the file: images render as a full preview, Markdown renders formatted just like a Coach reply, CSVs render as an actual table, JSON is pretty-printed, and everything else (plain text, code, logs) shows as raw monospaced text. Pasted-text attachments also get the "Put back in textbox" button right in the viewer.
Chat history
Coaching sessions are saved per project. Close the app, come back tomorrow, and your conversation picks up exactly where it left off. The Coach remembers what you were working on - including any edits it's already made, so it won't repeat itself.
Referencing your other chats NEW
The Coach isn't limited to just the conversation you're currently in. If you ask something that implies continuity with an earlier, separate chat - "what did we land on for the hook," "didn't I already mention an idea for this," "what was that thing we talked about last time" - it can quietly pull the relevant part of that other conversation back in, so you don't have to repeat yourself or go dig through Chat History to find it. This is always scoped to this exact project only - it will never pull anything from a different project, keeping things clean and relevant.
While it's checking, you'll see a brief "🕘 Checking earlier chats in this project…" note before the reply streams in - and once it's used something, the finished reply shows a small footer noting how many messages it referenced from your other chats, the same way it discloses when it searched the web.
Prefer it doesn't do this at all? Press the clock icon next to the search toggle, right by the chat input, to turn it off - it's on by default, and your choice is remembered the next time you open the app. With it off, the Coach only ever knows what's in the conversation you're currently having.
Saved memory
Beyond chat history, you can tell the Coach to remember something specific - a preference, a fact, a standing instruction - and it's saved permanently, either just to this project or across all of your projects. Start a brand-new chat weeks later and the Coach still knows it. This is different from referencing other chats above: memory is something you explicitly ask it to save, while cross-chat reference is the Coach picking up on something that was simply said in passing in an earlier conversation. See Saved Memory for the full details.
Answers start streaming instantly. Powered by NVIDIA NIM and Groq - one of the fastest AI inference platforms available. No spinner, no waiting. When the Coach is making an edit instead of just replying, you'll see a brief "Using tools…" indicator instead of raw code - then a plain-English confirmation of exactly what changed.
New: in Reasoning mode, the Coach now shows its chain of thought before answering - a live "Thinking…" bubble while it reasons, then a "Show reasoning" toggle on the finished reply if you want to see how it got there. See Fast vs. Reasoning Mode for details.
Editing Your Work
There are two ways to change something you've generated: ask the Coach to do it for you in plain English, or edit it yourself directly with each output's built-in Edit button. Both are covered below.
The Coach isn't limited to giving advice in words - it can reach into any tool's saved output for your active project and change part of it, or all of it, without regenerating everything from scratch. Ask for a change in plain English and the Coach makes it for you, live.
What it can edit
Every generator in SIUU Studio has a matching edit capability. The Coach only touches what you ask it to - everything else in your project stays exactly as it was:
Video Idea
Title, concept, hook, twist, target audience, duration, difficulty, or tags - e.g. "fix the twist in the idea."
Hook Analysis
The score, feedback, or the suggested rewrite - e.g. "rewrite the hook."
Titles & Thumbnail
The thumbnail prompt, or any one of the three generated titles individually - e.g. "the second title is weak, redo it."
Shot Plan
Equipment, total duration, location, or a specific shot by number - e.g. "make shot 3 a close-up instead."
Editing Guide
Prerequisites, estimated time, or a specific step by number - e.g. "tone down step 4 of the editing guide."
Script
The hook, intro, CTA, duration, tone, or one specific section by index or title - e.g. "change the CTA."
Captions
Best posting time, hook word, or one specific caption option - e.g. "swap caption 2 for something punchier."
Trend Analysis
The top format, what to avoid, or one specific trend by index.
Content Calendar
Weekly themes, the strategy tip, or one specific scheduled post - e.g. "post 5 on the calendar should be a Friday."
How it works
Just ask, in your own words - no special syntax needed. Things like "rewrite the hook," "swap caption 2 for something punchier," "the second title is weak, redo it," or "post 5 on the calendar should be a Friday" all work. The Coach isn't limited to one change per message - ask for several changes at once, even across completely different tools (e.g. "fix my hook, tighten the CTA, and swap caption 2"), and it executes every tool it needs in that same reply, not one request at a time.
Confirmation, not guesswork
After an edit, the Coach's reply ends with a short summary of exactly what was applied - so you always know what changed and where, and you'll see the updated content reflected immediately in the tool itself.
One requirement: the content has to exist first. The Coach edits what you've already generated - it won't invent a script edit if you haven't generated a script yet. Generate the content with the relevant tool first, then ask the Coach to refine it.
Editing it yourself, without the Coach
Every generator's output also has its own Edit button (hover the output to reveal the pencil icon in the top-right corner) - no Coach message required. Pressing it strips away all the styling and drops you into a raw, unformatted view of exactly what the AI generated, so you can see and change anything by hand. Press Save to apply your changes, or Cancel to back out and keep the original untouched. This works the same way for every module - Idea, Hook Analysis, Titles & Thumbnail, Shot Plan, Editing Guide, Script, Captions, Trend Analysis, and Content Calendar.
Saved Memory
On top of editing your work, the Coach can hold onto specific pieces of information permanently - across brand-new conversations - so you never have to repeat yourself. Memory comes in two tiers, and you choose which one each time you save something.
Project memory vs. global memory
Project memory
Only visible in the project it was saved in. Survives a brand-new chat within that same project, but never shows up in any other project. Best for things specific to one video - a twist you want kept consistent, a note about this particular script.
Global memory
Visible from every project you have, in any chat, forever. Best for standing facts about you or your channel as a whole - your brand voice, your niche, your target audience, a preference that should apply no matter which video you're working on.
How to save something
Just ask, in plain English - "remember that I always want a punchy first line" (project), or "remember that my brand voice is always sarcastic, everywhere" (global). If you don't say which one you mean, the Coach will ask - e.g. "Should I save that just for this project, or across all your projects?" - before saving anything. The Coach only saves memory when you explicitly ask it to; it never decides on its own to save something just because it seemed useful.
How to remove something
Just as easily - "forget what I said about the intro," "remove that note about posting times," or "clear everything you've saved globally." The Coach finds the matching saved memory in the tier you mean and deletes it - if it's not clear which tier, it'll ask first.
Tiers never mix
Something saved to project memory in one video will never leak into another project, and something saved to global memory will never accidentally get scoped down to just one project. Each tier is fully independent, and you can have entries saved in both at once.
While the Coach is saving or removing a memory, you'll see a brief "Saving memory…" indicator - then a plain confirmation like "✅ Successfully saved memory" once it's done.
Managing AI Coach Chats
You're not stuck in one long conversation forever. The Coach lets you start fresh chats, jump back into old ones, rename them, export them, and clean up ones you don't need - all from the Chat History panel.
Creating a new chat
There are two ways to start fresh:
From the chat widget
Press New on the AI Coach chat widget to start a brand-new conversation right away.
From Chat History
Press the History icon to open Chat History, then press Start new chat.
You can also start a new chat from an existing one: in Chat History, hover over a chat and select it - you'll see two buttons, New Chat and Continue Chat. Press New Chat to branch off into a fresh conversation - the branch is created as a brand-new chat with the entire conversation copied into it up to that point, so the Coach has all the same context to work from, but anything you send afterward only exists in the branch.
Continuing a chat
Press the History icon to open Chat History, then hover over the chat you want and select it. You'll see the same two buttons - this time press Continue Chat to pick up right where you left off, with the Coach remembering the full conversation and any edits it already made.
Regenerating, copying, editing, and branching messages
Hover over any message in the chat to reveal quick actions for that message - no need to open Chat History for these. Both your messages and the Coach's replies can be copied; only your own messages can be edited or branched.
Regenerate a response
Hover over the Coach's most recent reply and press the refresh icon. The old reply is discarded and the Coach answers again from scratch, using the same message you sent. Handy if a response missed the mark or you just want another take.
Copy a response
Hover over any reply from the Coach and press the copy icon to copy its full text to your clipboard. You'll see a brief "Copied!" confirmation next to the button.
Copy your own message
Hover over any message you sent and press the copy icon (next to the pencil) to copy its full text to your clipboard, just like copying a reply from the Coach. You'll see the same brief "Copied!" confirmation next to the button.
Edit your message
Hover over any message you sent and press the pencil icon. Change the text, then press Save - or Cancel to back out without changing anything.
Branch from a message
Hover over any message you sent - in the live chat or while viewing a past one - and press the branch icon. This spins up a brand-new chat containing everything up through that message, including the Coach's reply to it, so the Coach has the full context up to that point. Anything sent after that exchange in the original chat is left behind, and anything you send in the branch afterward stays in the branch only - the two chats don't share future messages.
Editing a message replaces everything that came after it. Since the conversation branches from the point you edited, any messages sent after the original version - including the Coach's replies - are removed, and the Coach responds fresh to your edited message. This can't be undone, so make sure you're editing the right message.
Renaming a chat
Open Chat History via the History icon, hover over the chat you want to rename, and press the Pencil icon. Type the new name and save it. Handy for keeping track of chats across different videos or projects.
Exporting a chat
Open Chat History via the History icon, hover over the chat you want a copy of, and press the Export icon (the download arrow, next to Rename and Delete). This downloads the entire conversation - every message from you and the Coach, in order - as a Markdown (.md) file you can open in any text editor, notes app, or Markdown viewer. It's a good habit to export a chat before deleting it, since deletion is permanent.
Deleting a chat
Open Chat History via the History icon, hover over the chat you want to remove, and press the Trash icon. You'll be asked to confirm - press Delete to permanently remove that chat.
Deleting a chat is permanent and unrecoverable. Once you press Delete and confirm, that conversation - including any record of edits discussed in it - is removed entirely from your account, on every device. Since sync simply mirrors your account's current state, there's no synced copy anywhere to restore from. There's no undo, so make sure it's the chat you meant to delete - or export it first if you want to keep a copy.
Getting the Best Results from AI Coach
The Coach is most useful when you have an active project loaded with content. Here are the types of questions it handles best:
"How do I improve my hook?"
With your hook score saved to the project, the Coach gives you specific rewrites - not generic advice about "creating curiosity".
"What B-roll should I shoot for this video?"
Using your script and shot plan as context, the Coach suggests specific footage that will complement your talking-head shots.
"Is this title strong enough?"
Paste a title option and the Coach will evaluate it against your niche, audience, and the content of your video.
"Why isn't my channel growing?"
Describe your current situation and the Coach will give you a direct, no-fluff diagnosis with prioritized action steps.
"Rewrite the hook to be punchier"
The Coach doesn't just suggest a rewrite - it saves the new hook straight to your script. See Editing Your Work.
"Swap caption 2 for something punchier"
Reference a specific item by number or title and the Coach will update just that one - nothing else in your captions changes.
SIUU Studio Teams NEW
Making content is rarely a one-person job. Teams turns SIUU Studio into a shared workspace: invite your editor, your co-creator, or your whole channel crew, then share projects and AI Coach chats, talk in channels, assign tasks, and keep shared notes - all in one place, right next to your tools.
Open it from the Teams tab in the left sidebar.
Creating a team
Open Teams
Press Teams in the sidebar.
Name it
Under Create a team, type a team name (for example Channel Crew) and, if you like, a short description of what the team is for.
Press Create team
You become the team's Owner, and a #general channel is created for you automatically. The team opens right away so you can start inviting people.
Roles: Owner, Editor, and Viewer
Every member has one of three roles. These aren't just hidden buttons - permissions are enforced by the database itself, so a viewer can't change shared work even by trying to work around the page.
Role changes show up live. If the owner promotes or demotes you while you have the team open, your access updates on its own within about 30 seconds - no need to sign out.
Inviting people
Only the owner can invite. Open your team, go to the Members tab, type your teammate's email, choose Viewer or Editor, and press Invite.
- Use the exact email they sign in to SIUU Studio with. That's how the invite finds them.
- They'll see it under Invitations on their own Teams page and can press Accept or Decline.
- Invites expire after 14 days. Pending ones are listed under the invite box and can be cancelled any time.
Inside a team
Open a team and you'll see a row of tabs: Overview, Channels, Voice, Tasks, Projects, Coach Chats, Notes, Members, and (for owners only) Settings.
Overview
A quick snapshot of the team: how many members and shared projects it has, your own access level, a plain-English explanation of what each role can do, and a Recent activity feed showing the latest 25 events - joins, role changes, projects and chats being shared, channels created, tasks added and finished, notes written, and channel files attached or removed and messages edited or deleted.
Channels
Channels are the team's chat. Every team starts with #general. Pick a channel from the row at the top and type in the box at the bottom - press Enter to send, or Shift + Enter for a new line. New messages appear automatically, so you can leave a channel open while you work.
- Create a channel (owners and editors): press + New channel, give it a name (letters, numbers, and dashes), an optional topic, and optionally link it to a shared project - handy for one channel per video.
- Pin messages (owners and editors): hover a message and press Pin. The latest pinned messages are shown at the top of the channel so nothing important gets buried.
- Edit your messages (everyone): fix a typo or update a message you wrote. See Editing & deleting messages.
- Attach files (everyone): press the paperclip, drag files in, or paste an image. See Channel files & attachments.
- Delete messages: you can delete your own messages, and the team owner can delete anyone's. Press Delete next to the message. Deleting a message also removes its attachments.
- Delete a channel (owner only): this removes the channel and all its messages. The #general channel can't be deleted.
On a phone or tablet there's no hover, so the Edit, Pin, and Delete buttons on a message, and the × on an attachment, are always visible. On a computer they appear when you hover over the message.
Channel files & attachments
Share a thumbnail draft, a rough cut, a script, or a brand PDF straight in the channel. Every role can attach files, and everyone on the team can open them.
Add your files
Press the paperclip next to the message box and choose files, drag and drop them anywhere onto the channel, or paste an image from your clipboard into the message box. Chosen files appear above the box with a small preview, and the × on each one removes it before you send.
Send
Type a message if you want one (or send the files on their own) and press Send. The button shows upload progress, for example Uploading 2 of 3…. Files are attached when you send, and they can't be added to an older message.
Open and preview
Images show as thumbnails in the message. Other files show as chips with the file name and size. Click either one to open the viewer, which also has Open (new tab) and Download buttons and shows who uploaded the file and when.
Limits: up to 10 files per message and 50 MB per file. Empty files aren't allowed.
Supported file types and what the viewer does with them:
| Type | Formats | In the viewer |
|---|---|---|
| Images | JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, BMP, HEIC, HEIF | Shown as a thumbnail and full size (HEIC/HEIF are download-only) |
| Video | MP4, WebM, MOV, MKV, MPG, MPEG | Plays in the viewer |
| Audio | MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A, AAC | Plays in the viewer |
| Shown inline (up to 25 MB) | ||
| Text | TXT, MD, CSV, JSON | Rendered readably (up to 2 MB) |
| Documents | DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, ZIP | Download only |
Using the attachment viewer
- Close it with the ✕ in the corner, or press Esc on a computer. You land right back in the conversation.
- Images open full size, video and audio play with their own controls, and PDFs are shown inside the viewer.
- Text, Markdown, CSV, and JSON are made readable: Markdown is formatted, CSV becomes a table, and JSON is neatly indented.
- Open shows the file in a new browser tab, and Download saves it to your device. The top of the viewer shows the file size, who uploaded it, and when.
- For file types with no preview (like Word and Excel files, ZIPs, and HEIC photos), the viewer says so and gives you a Download button.
If an upload doesn't go through
Files upload first and the message is posted after, so if a file fails to upload, nothing is sent and your files stay above the message box so you can press Send again. Files that aren't a supported type, are over 50 MB, are empty, or would go past 10 per message are skipped with a short explanation. In the rare case your message is posted but its files can't be saved, you'll see a warning and can simply send the files again.
Who can remove an attachment
If someone attaches the wrong file, hover its thumbnail or chip (on a phone it's always visible) and press the ×, then confirm. The file is removed from the channel for everyone, and the removal is recorded in the team's Activity feed with the file name and who uploaded it.
- Anyone can remove the files they uploaded.
- Editors can also remove files uploaded by viewers.
- Owners can remove any file.
Editing a message never changes its attachments. Deleting a message removes its attachments along with it.
Files are private to your team. They are never public web links. Each preview uses a temporary link that expires after an hour, and only members of the team can open files. Permissions are enforced by the database itself, not just by hidden buttons.
Seeing a red "Couldn't load" chip instead of an image? The file was saved but your browser couldn't open it. Refresh the page and try again. If it keeps happening, tell the team owner, and include the short reason shown under the file name.
Editing & deleting messages
Made a typo? Any member, whatever their role, can edit their own messages.
- Edit: press Edit next to your message, change the text, then press Enter (or Save) to save, or Esc (or Cancel) to cancel. Use Shift + Enter for a new line. Messages can be up to 2,000 characters.
- Only your own: nobody else, including the team owner, can edit your messages.
- Edited messages are marked. An (edited) label appears next to the time. Click it to see every version with the time and who made each change, from the original to the current text.
- History can't be hidden. Everyone on the team can see a message's edit history, so edits are never secret.
- Can't be empty: a text message can't be saved blank (delete it instead). A message that has attachments can have its text cleared and will show just the files.
- Delete: you can delete your own messages, and the team owner can delete anyone's. Deleting is immediate, and it also removes the message's attachments.
Edits and deletions are recorded in the Activity feed (for example edited a message in #general), without exposing the text itself.
Channel permissions by role
Here is exactly what each role can do in channels, including messages and files.

To keep chat tidy, there's a limit of 20 messages per minute per person.
Voice chat
The Voice tab sits right next to Channels and gives your team a place to talk out loud: review a rough cut together, plan the week, or just hang out while you edit. It works like a Discord voice channel, right inside SIUU Studio.
Voice chat is for accounts aged 13 and over. Every SIUU Studio account has to pass the age check, and if your account doesn't qualify the Voice tab simply tells you voice chat isn't available for you.
Voice channels
Voice channels are listed on the left of the Voice tab, separate from your text channels. Each one shows who is in it right now, with a small count out of the 8-person limit and a red icon next to anyone who is muted or deafened. You can see who's talking before you even join.
- Create a channel (owners and editors): press the + next to Voice channels, type a name, and press Add.
- Join (everyone, if you're 13+ and not muted in the team): click a channel name. Your browser will ask for microphone access the first time.
- Delete a channel: owners can delete any voice channel, and editors can delete the ones they created. Anyone inside is disconnected.
- One call at a time: joining a channel moves you out of any call you were already in.
In a call
Once you've joined, everyone in the channel appears as a tile with their photo and role. A green ring lights up around whoever is speaking. Your controls sit in a bar at the bottom:
Click anyone's tile to open their profile card. From there you can:
- Change their volume for you with the slider, from 0 to 100%.
- Mute for me only to silence one person on your end. They won't know, and nobody else is affected.
- See their role and any moderator mute they're under. Owners and editors also see the moderation controls (see below).
Your microphone uses your browser's built-in echo cancellation, noise suppression, and automatic gain. If you don't have a microphone, or you block access, you can still join and listen. Allow the microphone in your browser's site settings and rejoin when you want to talk.
Keep talking while you work
A call doesn't end when you leave the Voice tab. Go back to your projects, the AI Coach, or any other part of SIUU Studio and the call keeps running. A small call bar stays on screen with your mute, deafen, and leave buttons, and pressing it takes you straight back to the channel.
Ringing teammates
Don't want to wait for people to wander in? Press the phone icon next to a voice channel to call people into it. Choose Call everyone (up to 25 people) or tick a few names and press Call selected. Pressing it also puts you in the channel.
- Teammates see an incoming call banner showing who is calling, the channel, and the team, with Join and Decline buttons. It rings until they answer, decline, or the request runs out.
- Join opens the team's Voice tab and drops them straight into the right channel.
- If your browser blocks sound, the ring starts as soon as you click or tap anywhere on the page.
Call notifications (optional). Turn these on from the Voice tab (look for the banner, or Voice settings) to get a notification when someone calls you, even if SIUU Studio isn't open. They're set per device and you can turn them off at any time. On an iPhone or iPad, Safari only allows notifications for apps added to your Home Screen: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, open SIUU Studio from there, and turn notifications on.
Privacy and how it works
- Audio is never recorded or stored. It travels directly between the people on the call.
- Team members only. Only 13+ members of your team can use the team's voice channels.
- Up to 8 people per voice channel, so everyone stays clear and the connection stays smooth.
- If you're muted in the team (from the Members tab), you can't be in voice chat until that ends.
- Some strict work or school networks block voice calls. If a person shows Connection problem, try a different network.
Voice moderation
Owners and editors can keep voice channels friendly. Click a person's tile and open the Moderation section of their profile card:
Server mute
Silences someone's microphone for everyone in the channel. Choose 10 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours, or 7 days and optionally add a reason. They can still listen, and they see a notice that a moderator muted them. Press Remove server mute to let them talk again early.
Remove from channel
Disconnects someone and stops them rejoining that channel for the time you choose (same four options, plus an optional reason). Owners and editors see a Removed from this channel list and can press Let back in at any time.
Voice moderation log
At the bottom of the Voice tab, owners and editors can open a log of the last 50 moderation actions: who muted or removed whom, in which channel, when, and why. Nothing happens quietly.
Moderation is checked by the database, not just the buttons you see, so it can't be faked from another browser. Who can moderate whom:
| In voice chat | Viewer | Editor | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Join voice channels, talk, and listen | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Ring teammates into a channel | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Adjust volume or mute someone for yourself only | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Create voice channels | – | ✓ | ✓ |
| Delete voice channels | – | Own only | ✓ |
| Server mute or remove a viewer | – | ✓ | ✓ |
| Server mute or remove an editor | – | – | ✓ |
| See the voice moderation log | – | ✓ | ✓ |
Nobody can moderate themselves, and the team owner can't be muted or removed from voice. To also stop someone from typing in text channels, use the Members tab.
Task board
The Tasks tab is a three-column board: To do, In progress, and Done.
Add a task
Type what needs doing (for example "Cut the intro for Friday's upload"), then optionally pick an assignee, a shared project, and a due date, and press Add task.
Move it along
Use the ← and → arrows on a card to move it between columns. Finished tasks are crossed out, and overdue ones show their due date in red.
Reassign or delete
Change who a task is assigned to from the dropdown on the card, or press the trash icon to remove it.
Viewers can read the whole board but can't change it.
Sharing a project
There are two ways to share one of your projects with a team:
From Projects Studio
Hover a project card and press the people icon (Share with a team). Choose the team to share it with. You'll only see teams where you're an owner or editor.
From the team's Projects tab
Open the team, go to Projects, choose a project under Share one of your projects, and press Share.
Teammates open it with the Open button on the team's Projects tab, or from the Shared with me section of their Projects Studio, where each shared project shows the team it came from and a role badge. While a shared project is open, a banner at the top reminds you of your access:
- Viewers get a read-only copy. Generating and editing are turned off.
- Editors can generate and edit, and their changes save straight to the owner's project. If a teammate made changes, press Reload latest on the banner to pull them in.
To stop sharing, press Unshare on the project (available to the team owner and to whoever shared it). Unsharing never deletes the project - it just stops being visible to the team.
Sharing an AI Coach chat
Share a chat so teammates can see the strategy session, or take it over. You can do this two ways: open Chat History in the AI Coach, hover a chat, and press the people icon; or open the team's Coach Chats tab, pick one of your chats from the list, and press Share.
- Read: everyone on the team can press Read to open the full conversation in a reader.
- Continue: editors can press Continue in AI Coach to pick up where it left off, and their new messages are saved into the shared chat. Viewers get Open in AI Coach (read-only) and can start their own new chat from it.
- Inside the project: when you open a shared project and look at the AI Coach's Chat History, shared chats for that project appear under Team chats, labelled can continue or read only.
- Unshare: the person who shared a chat can unshare it any time, and the team owner can remove any shared chat. The chat itself is never deleted.
Share the chat's project too. The AI Coach works inside a project, so to continue a shared chat an editor needs access to the project that chat belongs to. If you see "The Coach needs the chat's project. Ask the owner to share that project with the team too," the project hasn't been shared yet. Look at the 📁 name under the chat in the Coach Chats tab and make sure that exact project is shared with the team. If you have several projects with similar or identical names, double-check you shared the right one.
Shared notes
The Notes tab is a shared scratchpad for anything the team should be able to find again: brand voice, posting schedules, links, checklists, creative briefs. Owners and editors can press New note, give it a title, and write. Notes can be edited, pinned to float to the top, or deleted, and each one shows who wrote it and who last edited it. Viewers can read every note.
Managing members
The Members tab lists everyone on the team with their email and role. As the owner you can:
- Promote to editor or Demote to viewer at any time.
- Make owner to hand the team to someone else. You become an editor, and only the new owner can undo it.
- Remove a member. Anything they shared with the team is unshared.
Members appear with the name and photo they chose in Edit profile, so if your teammates see the wrong name, ask them to update it from their profile menu. Anyone who isn't the owner can press Leave team (anything they shared with it is unshared). Owners can't leave until they've transferred ownership.
Team settings
Owners get a Settings tab where they can rename the team and edit its description. It also has a Delete team option: you have to type the team's name to confirm, and it permanently removes the team's channels, messages, tasks, and notes. Shared projects and chats are not deleted - they simply stop being shared.
You always keep ownership of your own work. Sharing a project or chat never transfers it. Only you (and the team owner, for team-level cleanup) can stop sharing it, and leaving or deleting a team never deletes your projects.
Tips for great teamwork
One channel per video
Create a channel for each upload and link it to that video's shared project, so the conversation and the work live side by side.
Start with the right role
Invite collaborators as Viewer by default and promote the ones who need to edit. Sponsors and clients usually just need to read.
Keep a style-guide note
Pin a note with your tone, thumbnail rules, and posting schedule. Everyone, including new members, finds it first.
Share the project and the chat together
When you hand a Coach conversation to a teammate, share the project it belongs to as well so they can continue it straight away.
Keep feedback in the channel
Drop thumbnail drafts and rough cuts into the video's channel so comments and files stay together. Everyone, including viewers like sponsors, can share files and reply.
Sign In & Sign Up
SIUU Studio uses email-based authentication. You'll receive a magic link or OTP to verify your email - no passwords to remember.
Why do I need an account?
Your account is what keeps everything yours. Every idea, script, shot plan, and AI Coach conversation you create is saved to your account so it's always there waiting for you - whether you close the tab, switch phones, or come back a month later. Think of it as your personal creative studio that follows you around, rather than something tied to one browser or one device.
Create a free account
Signing up takes less than a minute and doesn't require a credit card. Once you're in, you get full access to every AI tool - the Idea Generator, Hook Analyzer, Script Writer, Shot Planner, and everything else - right away.
Creating an account
Go to siuustudio.com/siuu-auth and enter your email and password. You'll then receive a verification email. Click the link in that email and you're in. You will be asked to agree to the Terms Of Service and Privacy Policy after signing in, so make sure you read and acknowledge it. You'll also be asked for your birthday once - see Age Check (13+).
Signing back in
If you have signed in before, you will go to the sign in page and it will automatically redirect you to the SIUU Studio Workspace. If for whatever reason it dosen't redirect you, follow these steps: Return to the sign-in page, enter your email and password, and a new login link will be sent to your inbox. Links expire after a short time for security, so use it promptly.
Password reset
If you set a password and need to reset it, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. A reset link will be emailed to you.
Signing in with Google
If you have a Google account, you can press Continue with Google to instantly sign in with Google using your selected account. No manually typing in emails, passwords, or having to click email verification links. The first time you sign in this way you'll be asked whether you'd like to change the name and photo SIUU Studio copied from your Google account - see Your Profile.
Age Check (13+) NEW
SIUU Studio is for people aged 13 and over. To keep it that way, every account, whether it signs in with email or Google and whether it's brand new or years old, has to confirm a birthday once. Until that's done, the rest of the app stays closed.
What you'll see
"When's your birthday?"
The first time you open SIUU Studio after the age check is on, you'll be asked for your day, month, and year using three drop-downs. A date in the future isn't accepted.
Confirm it
After you press Continue, SIUU Studio shows the date back to you and asks "Is that right?" Press Yes, that's right to save it, or Go back to fix it. Take a moment here, because once it's saved you can't change it yourself.
If you're under 13
You'll see a screen saying SIUU Studio is for ages 13 and up. Your account can't be used until the birthday on it changes. You can press Check again once a correction has been made, or Sign out.
Your birthday stays private
Your birthday is stored separately from your public profile. It's never shown to teammates or other users, and it's only used to confirm that you meet the minimum age. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
Entered the wrong birthday?
Mistakes happen: a slipped finger on the year, or the wrong month. Because the birthday can't be edited from your own account, a moderator or administrator corrects it for you.
Contact support
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, tell us what the correct birthday should be, and say what went wrong.
A staff member reviews it
A moderator or administrator opens your account in our staff tools, sees the birthday currently on file, and enters the corrected date. Every correction needs a written reason (at least a few words), so there's always a clear explanation behind it.
Reload and carry on
Once the change is saved, reload SIUU Studio (or press Check again on the age screen) and you're in. If the corrected birthday shows you're 13 or older, access is restored straight away.
If your birthday was never saved, staff can also enter it for you, though you'll normally be asked for it yourself the next time you open the app.
Rules staff have to follow
- A reason is required for every correction.
- Every change is logged: the old birthday, the new one, who made the change, the reason, and the time.
- Moderators can't change a staff member's birthday, and nobody can change their own, so nobody can quietly edit their own age.
- These rules are enforced by the database, not just by what the buttons show.
Please enter your real birthday. The age check exists to keep younger kids safe. Entering a false birthday to get around it can lead to your account being restricted. Corrections are only for genuine mistakes.
Teams voice chat also depends on the age check. See Voice chat.
Your Profile
Your profile is the name and picture other people see in SIUU Studio - in the top corner of the app and, if you use Teams, next to your messages, tasks, and notes. You can change both whenever you like, and the change is saved to your account so it follows you to every browser and device.
Edit your profile
Every account can do this, whether you signed up with an email and password or with Google.
Open your profile menu
Click your profile in the top corner of the workspace.
Choose Edit profile
It sits near the top of the dropdown, just above Report a User. A small window opens with your current photo and name.
Change your name and photo
Type a new display name (2 to 40 characters - it doesn't have to be your real name). Press Upload a photo to pick any image from your device, or press Use my initial instead to show a colored circle with the first letter of your name. Changed your mind? Undo photo change puts it back.
Press Save changes
Your new name and photo show up right away. Press Cancel, the ×, or Esc to close the window without changing anything.
Photos
You can use any image or photo - a selfie, a logo, a drawing, your channel art. SIUU Studio crops it to a square and shrinks it automatically, so you don't need to resize anything first. JPG, PNG, WebP and most other common image types work, up to 15 MB. If you upload a new photo later, it replaces the old one.
Where your name and photo show up
- In the top corner of the app and in your profile menu.
- In Teams: the Members list, channel messages and pins, task assignees, shared notes, and the activity feed. When you change your profile, your teammates see the new name and photo the next time their team page loads.
If you signed in with Google
When you sign in with Google, SIUU Studio starts out using your Google account's name and photo. Because that could be your real name, the first time you sign in you'll see a screen called Choose how you appear before you get started. SIUU Studio does this so your real name isn't shown to other people by accident.
On that screen you can:
- Pick a different name and press Save and continue.
- Upload a different photo, or switch to your initial, from the same screen.
- Keep your current name and photo by pressing that button, or just press the × in the corner to dismiss the screen.
You only see this screen once. Whatever you choose - including keeping things as they are - is saved to your account, not to your browser, so it won't come back when you sign in on another device or clear your browsing data. It only appears for accounts created with Google; if you signed up with an email and password you won't see it. And you can always change your mind later with Edit profile from the dropdown, as described above.
Good to know. Changing your name or photo in SIUU Studio never changes your Google account - it only changes how you appear here. Your photo is visible to teammates and can be opened by anyone with its link, so choose a picture you're comfortable sharing. Also note that your email address is still shown to teammates in a team's Members list, whatever display name you choose.
Signing Out
Signing out is quick and can be done any time you want to end your session - whether you're switching accounts, using a shared computer, or just wrapping up for the day.
How to sign out
In the workspace, click your profile in the top corner and select Sign Out from the dropdown menu. You'll be securely signed out and returned to the sign-in page. Your projects and progress are always saved beforehand, so nothing is lost - simply sign back in whenever you're ready to continue.
Log out of all devices
If you've signed in on a shared or public computer, lost a device, or just want to be safe, you can sign out of every device at once instead of just this one. Click your profile in the top corner and select Log out of all devices from the dropdown menu.
This opens a list of every device currently signed in to your account - what browser and device it is, and when it was last active. From here you can:
Log out one specific device
Press Log out next to that device's details. That device is signed out without touching any of your other sessions.
Log out of all devices
Press the button at the bottom of the list. You'll be asked to confirm since this signs you out everywhere at once, including the device you're currently using.
Signing out another device this way isn't always instant - it takes effect the next time that device checks in, which is at most about 20 seconds.
Switching Accounts
Got more than one SIUU Studio account, like a personal one and one for a channel or a client? You don't need to sign out and back in every time. You can keep up to 5 accounts saved on the same device and hop between them in a couple of clicks. Each account stays completely separate, with its own projects, AI Coach chats, and settings.
Add another account
Open your profile menu
Click your profile in the top corner. Under Switch account you'll see any other accounts saved on this device.
Press Add account
You'll be taken to the sign-in page with a note that you're adding another account. Your current account isn't signed out. Changed your mind? Press Cancel to go straight back.
Sign in to the other account with your email and password, or with Google. You'll land in that account, and the one you left is saved so you can switch back any time.
Switch between accounts
Open your profile menu and click any account listed under Switch account. You'll see a Switching accounts… screen for a moment while everything loads for the other account, and then you're in. You don't need to enter a password again.
Collapse the account list
If your profile menu is getting long, click the Switch account heading to collapse the list, and click it again to expand it. The heading shows how many accounts you have saved on this device, for example Switch account (3), so you can still see the total while it's collapsed. SIUU Studio remembers your choice, so the list stays the way you left it next time you open the menu.
Remove a saved account
Press the × next to an account in the list to remove it from this device. This only forgets it on this device. Nothing is deleted from the account itself, and you can add it back any time by signing in again.
Signing out with multiple accounts
Pressing Sign out signs out only the account you're using. If you have other accounts saved, you'll be switched into one of them instead of being sent to the sign-in page. To sign out of every account on this device at once, choose Sign out of all accounts, which appears in the menu whenever you have more than one saved.
Good to know. You can have up to 5 accounts on one device. To add a sixth, remove one first. If you haven't used a saved account for a long time, its login may expire. When that happens you'll see a message when you try to switch, and you can add it again with Add account. On a shared or public computer, use Sign out of all accounts when you're done so nobody else can switch into yours.
Reporting a User
Run into someone breaking the rules - a scam account, someone impersonating SIUU Studio staff, harassment, or anything else that doesn't belong? You can flag it directly from the app and our moderators will take a look.
How to report someone
Open the report form
Click your profile in the top corner and select 🚩 Report a User from the dropdown menu.
Find the user
Type their display name into the search field. Results appear as you type - search is by name only, you can't search by email, and no one's email is ever shown to you here either.
Pick a reason
Choose whichever fits best: Spam or Scam Account, Impersonating SIUU Studio or Staff, Harassment or Abusive Behavior, Compromised or Hacked Account, Underage User, or Other.
Add details (optional)
Use the details box to describe what happened. It's optional, but extra context helps moderators review faster and more accurately.
Submit
Press Submit Report. You'll see a confirmation toast once it's in, and it's queued for a moderator to review.
What happens after you report. Our moderation team reviews every report and can warn or ban the account depending on what they find. Reports are reviewed by real moderators, not acted on automatically, so there's no instant consequence to the account you reported the moment you hit submit. Curious what warnings and bans look like? See Warnings, Bans & Appeals.
Warnings, Bans & Appeals
SIUU Studio is a creative space, and we want to keep it safe and fair for everyone. When someone breaks the rules, our moderators can step in with a warning or a ban. Every action is made by a real person on our team, never automatically. This page explains what each one means, what you'll see, and what to do if you think we got it wrong.
Warnings
A warning is a heads-up, not a punishment. Your account keeps working normally. The next time you open the app you'll see a message from the moderation team explaining what needs to change, and you'll need to acknowledge it before you carry on. Warnings can't be appealed because nothing has been taken away, but if a moderator decides a warning was a mistake they can remove it, and it will no longer show up for you.
Types of bans
If you're banned, the whole app is replaced by a ban screen that shows the type of ban, the reason from the moderator, and (for temporary bans) the exact date and time it lifts. Here's what each type means:
1-Day Ban
A short cooldown for minor issues. Your account is locked for 24 hours and comes back on its own. Can be appealed.
1-Week Ban
Locked for 7 days, usually after repeated or more serious rule-breaking. Can be appealed.
1-Month Ban
Locked for 30 days for serious violations. Can be appealed.
Permanent Ban
Your account is closed with no end date. Can be appealed, and an admin reviews it.
IP Ban & Hardware Fingerprint + IP Ban
Reserved for the most severe cases, such as dodging a ban with new accounts. These block the connection (and, for the fingerprint version, the device) rather than just one account, so signing up again won't get around them. Cannot be appealed.
How to appeal a ban
If your ban can be appealed, the appeal form appears right on the ban screen. There's nothing to look up and no email to write.
Sign in to the banned account as usual. You'll land on the ban screen instead of the workspace.
Explain what happened
Write your appeal in the box. Be honest and specific: say what you think was misunderstood, or what you'll do differently. It needs to be at least 20 characters and can be up to 1,500.
Submit
Press Submit Appeal. The box switches to show your appeal as Under review, and you can come back to the same screen any time to check on it.
You get one appeal per ban. Take a moment to write a clear one, because you can't send a second appeal for the same ban. You also can't appeal once a ban has already ended, since the account will be back on its own.
Who reviews your appeal
Appeals are read by our moderation team, and the person who issued your ban never reviews it themselves, so someone fresh takes a look. Moderators handle appeals for 1-day and 1-week bans. Appeals for 1-month and permanent bans are reviewed by an admin.
What happens next
Approved
Your ban is lifted right away. Reload the page and you'll see a "Your ban has ended" screen. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, press Reactivate Account, and you're back in with all your projects exactly as you left them.
Denied
The reviewer leaves a note explaining why, which you'll see on the ban screen. A denial is final, though an admin can reopen an appeal if there's a good reason to take another look. If your ban is temporary, it still ends on the date shown.
Still pending
Appeals are reviewed by people, so it can take a little while. Nothing you do on your side speeds it up, and there's no need to submit again.
When a ban ends on its own
Temporary bans lift automatically at the time shown on the ban screen. The next time you sign in you'll see the same "Your ban has ended" screen: agree to the policies, press Reactivate Account, and carry on. If a moderator lifts your ban early, any appeal you had open is closed as approved automatically.
Something not working? If the appeal form won't load or you think there's a technical problem, email [email protected]. Ban decisions themselves are made through the in-app appeal, so please use that first.
Announcements
From time to time the SIUU Studio team will post an announcement to let everyone know about something important - a new feature, an update, scheduled maintenance, or a change to how things work. Announcements are shown to every signed-in user, so you don't need to go looking for them.
Where you'll see them
An announcement appears as a banner across the top of the app, above the header, as soon as you're signed in. It has a short title and a message, and it stays visible while you work. If more than one is live at the same time, they stack on top of each other, newest first.
New announcements show up within a few minutes without you having to do anything. If you want to see one right away, switch back to the tab or refresh the page.
What the colors mean
Each announcement has a level, shown by its color and icon, so you can tell at a glance how much attention it needs:
Info
General news and heads-ups. Nothing is wrong and you don't need to do anything.
Update
Something new or changed in SIUU Studio, such as a new feature or an improvement to an existing tool.
Warning
Something worth planning around, like upcoming maintenance or a known issue. It's worth reading these in full.
Success
Good news, such as a problem that has been fixed or something that's now available again.
Links and formatting
Announcements can include clickable links, for example to a page in these docs or to a longer write-up of what changed. Links to other websites open in a new tab so you won't lose your place in the app. Messages are plain text, and key words may be shown in bold.
Dismissing an announcement
Most announcements have an × button on the right-hand side. Press it and the banner goes away, and it won't come back for your account on that browser. Dismissing only affects you - other users, and your other accounts, still see it. If you sign in on another device or browser you may see it again, and you can dismiss it there too. Some important announcements, such as maintenance notices, can't be dismissed and stay up until they expire.
How long they stay up
Announcements are temporary. Each one is set to disappear after a certain amount of time, and the team can also take one down early, for example once an issue is resolved. You don't need to clean anything up yourself.
Announcements only come from the SIUU Studio team. They're shown inside the app and are never sent from other users. If a link in an announcement looks suspicious, or you're unsure that something is real, don't click it - email [email protected] and we'll check.
Data & Sync
All projects and AI outputs are stored in the cloud and tied to your account. There's no manual saving - every change syncs automatically in real time. This includes your AI Coach conversations - every chat, rename, and deletion is saved to your account, so your chat history is exactly where you left it no matter what device you're on.
Multi-device access
Sign into any device and your projects will be there. Changes you make on one device will be reflected on all others - including AI Coach chats, so you can start a conversation on your laptop and continue it from your phone.
Data privacy
SIUU Studio does not sell your data. AI-generated content is processed through NVIDIA NIM and Groq infrastructure. We do not collect biometric or neural data. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.
