6. AI Technology & Transparency (AB 2013 / SB 942)

SIUU Studio's AI features are powered by the Cerebras AI API. We have not fine-tuned, retrained, or substantially modified the underlying base model. All AI behavior is guided by proprietary system instructions designed to optimize content strategy for creators. SIUU Studio is the deploying provider of this AI tool, not the developer of the underlying model.

SIUU Studio does not collect neural data, biometric data, or any data generated by the brain or nervous system, as defined under California's 2026 CCPA updates. All AI-generated content produced by our tools is intended as creative suggestions only. Users remain fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI output before publishing or distributing it.
